Suppliers are responsible for contacting OMC DTNAOps@ryder.com and send the ACA format at least with 24 hours before for any required windows adjustment, under the following modalities:
Add: If additional frequencies to the ones already programmed are required.
Cancel: If any of the programmed pick-ups are not required.
Adjust: If you want to adjust the time of your pick-up for and earlier/later schedule.
*If you have more than 40 feet going to one destination, please contact your transportation Engineer, so they can provide an AdHoc format*
